Why Me?

Your Vote Counts

Being the state president is no easy task. You get to determine the future year of Future Business Leaders of America. Choosing the right fit is hard enough, add on less time to get to know me and no in person conferencing. I am prepared to take this hard challenge and show you how dedicated I am to this organization. My extracurriculars throughout high school are my prime example of how I have built my whole life to be a good leader, and someone who will try to make you proud.  Being stage manager and light designer for my drama clubs productions I have learned how to work with people my age. Everyone here is my age, some even may be a few years older, but you would be electing me to be your leader and president. yet in this position I have learned how to work with my peers and gain their respect. I have learned how to still be your friend and your president and keep our trust in both areas of our life. During my time as my schools civil rights team's parliamentarian I have mainly worked with various teachers. during this time I have learned how to put myself out their and advocate for my group. this will apply to my work as president by reaching out to businesses and people who are beneficial to our organization. This is also beneficial by giving me a background with working with educators and speaking up for the students.
