A side project I want to pursue is to recruit more chapters to Maine State Future Business Leaders of America. Last year we lost a few chapters and I would hope to bring them back as well as include more schools into our organization. Throughout this process I hope to reach out to schools in areas with low chapter numbers. I believe that FBLA has a lot to offer, ranging from internship opportunities and scholarship chances, to meeting lifelong friends and learning viable skills to use in the workplace. We already reach out every year to schools to recruit more people and chapters, yet I would like to take it further and push harder to accomplish this.
